You may request the destruction or deletion of your personal information
Your data belongs to you, which means in certain circumstances you have the right to request a responsible party, like Experian, that holds your personal information, to destroy or delete your personal information. Note however that consumer credit information regulated under the NCA may only be deleted or amended as set out in the NCA.
